The event is open to all ASAP members with limited availability. A waiting list will be in operation for non member (prospective serviced apartment operator or agent companies only) and limited availability for ASAP Business Partners. Please see registration information detailed below.

Who can attend?
ASAP Members – the event is free to attend and while we are not currently limiting numbers per company, in the event that the evening becomes oversubscribed we may have to implement a limit per member company and will contact you accordingly if your company has a large number of registrations. This is to ensure as many companies can have a presence as possible. Individual Registrations are required for each person wishing to attend.
Non-Members – A waiting list will be in operation for any non member company to attend. You should be from a serviced apartment operator or agent company – priority will be given to those non members who are going through the joining process if there are available spaces. ASAP Business Partners – Please note there are very limited paid spaces for business partners to be able to attend this event. Booking is on a first come first served basis after which point a waiting list will be in operation. To register your interest and to book your place please email Karen at Ktaylor@theasap.org.uk. Confirmation of attendance will only be provided on receipt of payment for the booking.
