The table below details the pricing structure for the dedicated mailings that are offered. These prices include a discount for ASAP Business Partners.

- Pricing above is based on week commencing Monday and is subject to change in the event key dates for association events are changed.
- The timings, schedule and content of the mailings are subject to approval by ASAP.
- Content needs to be provided in HTML format by the date agreed which will be no less than 14 days prior to the booked mailing date. Alternative methods to be agreed prior to booking.
- ASAP reserve the right to limit number of mailings at any one time or by any one partner in line with established mailing policies.
- The mailing will be sent by ASAP on behalf of the partner. At no time will email addresses be provided.
- Invoice will be issued on booking which must be settled in full prior to any work commencing on the mailing.
- No refunds will be due once booking has been confirmed if the partner cancels the mailing prior to sending.
