Booking Terms & Conditions 1) Sponsorship is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a signed agreement. 2) Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice. 3) The Sponsor agrees to provide all necessary materials (e.g. logos, attendee names (if included within the sponsorship package) by the deadlines specified by the Organiser. 4) Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the Organiser. 5) The Organiser will provide the agreed sponsorship benefits as outlined in the Sponsorship Package. 6) The Sponsor is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials comply with the Organiser’s specifications and event guidelines. 7) The Sponsor acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure) may affect the event, and the Organiser is not liable for any resulting losses incurred by the Sponsor. 8) The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the Sponsor, its representatives, or its property at the event. 9) By confirming sponsorship, the Sponsor agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

All participants in this event, are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a respectful, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone: General Conduct Respectful Behaviour: Treat all attendees, speakers, and staff with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Inclusivity: Foster an inclusive environment by being mindful of diversity and ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs. During the Event Alcohol Consumption: Consume alcohol responsibly. Excessive drinking, inappropriate behaviour under the influence of alcohol, or contributing to an unsafe environment will result in removal from the event. Participation: Engage actively and respectfully in sessions, discussions, and activities. Allow space for others to contribute and share their perspectives. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees. Do not share personal information or conversations without consent. Post-Event Conduct Professional Interactions: After the event, maintain all interactions with other attendees on a business and professional level. Personal or inappropriate contact will not be tolerated. Feedback and Reporting: If you witness or experience any behaviour that violates this code of conduct, report it to event organisers immediately. Your concerns will be addressed promptly and confidentially. Consequences of Misconduct Immediate Action: Violations of this code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event. Future Participation: Serious or repeated violations will result in exclusion from future events organised by the host. Agreement By attending this event, you agree to adhere to this code of conduct.
