We welcome applications from all professional serviced apartment and aparthotel Operators with two or more apartments, and serviced apartment Agents, who sign our Code of Conduct and meet its requirements of operating legally, transparently and to a high professional standard.

We also encourage operators to add a layer of confidence to the buyer and guest, by achieving recognised Accreditation such as the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP), although this is not compulsory. We also encourage Members to reassure guests around their efforts towards operating sustainably.
