James has 34 years of experience in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry in the UK and overseas working for British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Visit England.
James joined the Association in 2013 and is the driving force not only behind its growth but also the development of the first global Quality Accreditation Programme for the serviced apartment sector.
Joyce has worked for ASAP since 2009, prior to which she enjoyed assignments with National Tourist Board and Visit Britain. Joyce is responsible for the marketing & PR aspects of the association promoting it to be the ‘voice of the serviced apartment sector’.
Karen joined ASAP in 2014 and is passionate within her role at ASAP in helping the association achieve its ambitious objectives both for Members and the industry as a whole.
As Key Account Manager for the ASAP Business & Distribution Partners Karen also has responsibility for an extensive range of operations and systems within both ASAP and also ISAAP, the Quality Accreditation programme including managing the ASAP Events initiative, the ASAP Convention & the Awards Programme
With an Honours degree in Hotel Management, qualifications in Marketing and finance, she has vast hospitality experience in both restaurants, hotels and event management, although prior to joining ASAP had been engaged as a freelance consultant within finance, operational and event management roles.

Kim joined ASAP as a consultant in 2016. Her career in the serviced apartment industry saw her enjoy roles with ASAP members, The Apartment Service, Cheval Residences and Native. She has a passion for the development of people within the industry and for delivering results. As a long-time supporter of the work ASAP do to strengthen the reputation of and standards within the industry, Kim strongly believes that ASAP and the Quality Accreditation process is key to the industry’s future. She continues to promote this in her current role.
Kim is the key contact for operators and agents wanting to join the association and for partners who are looking to work more closely with ASAP members.
Sarah started working with the Association in April 2017 to provide administration support to the ASAP team and to help the association continue to work towards achieving it’s objectives and goals for its members and the serviced apartment industry.
Previously Sarah worked in the Insurance Industry for 20 years and joined ASAP following a career break to raise a family.
