Andrew Fowler has been re-hired by Staycity as Chief Development Officer, and will also head up its new standalone development platform Carnsór, as CEO and co-founder.
One of the the founders of the lifestyle hospitality brands edyn and Locke, Fowler and two colleagues Eric Jafari and Merzak Kaddour stepped down from their roles in October 2023. He previously worked at Staycity between 2007 and 2012 as acquisitions director, and as edyn’s group acquisitions director he led expansion across Europe and the UK to deliver ground-breaking properties for both Locke and Cove.
Staycity has secured three new sites in London via Carnsór, in Stratford, Blackfriars and Vauxhall, with “strong growth ambitions and a healthy pipeline of opportunities on the horizon”.
