Who can attend?

ASAP Members
Event is open to all ASAP members on a first come first served basis only.  Max attendees of 4 per company. All member attendees should have a member company registered email address in order to register a place.  If you wish to book additional spaces you can request to go on the waiting list for opportunities to attend.  A waiting list will also be in operation when places are filled, for all of these or if you book and are unable to attend please do advise  Karen at ktaylor@theasap.org.uk

ASAP Business Partners
Limited availability of tickets to ASAP Business partners, allocated on a first come first served basis with one attendee per company only.  Payment online via credit card £125+VAT.  Confirmation of attendance will only be provided on receipt of payment for the booking – please do not book a free member ticket.  All attendees should have a business partner company registered email address in order to register a place.

Non-Members
The event is not yet open to non member companies.  If you are interested in attending please email Karen at ktaylor@theasap.org.uk to place your name onto the waiting list and we will email you regarding booking should places become available.  Priority on spaces will be given to those non members going through the process to join ASAP.  Please do not book a member ticket but register your interest via email.  If you would like to join the ASAP please contact Sarah Tasker at stasker@theasap.org.uk

Industry Supplier, Distribution or booking platform Representative?

The event is not open to those industry supplier/consulting/distribution or booking platform companies who are not ASAP business or distribution partners, but please do contact Karen Taylor at ktaylor@theasap.org.uk for further event information and how you could attend this and our future events!

Additional Information
Paid Cash bar will be in operation.  Bar food will be available to purchase at the venue throughout the evening.
