ASAP Operator Member BBF has announced the opening of its new development Escaut, in a booming region of Brussels.
BBF Apartments will offer a blend of residential and serviced apartments that cater to a diverse clientele. The unfurnished apartments
are already available, while the furnished units with services will be ready by the second week of September.
Over the years, BBF has expanded its portfolio to include over 1,300 rental apartments in Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent. The opening of Escaut comes a year after the launch of Initium in Antwerp. Since then, BBF has announced their future development plans in Antwerp, Ghent, Mechelen, and Brussels.
