Co-living flats approved in Bath despite concerns over UNESCO status

In a decision which split Bath & North East Somerset Council’s planning committee, and had to be decided by a tiebreaker vote by the chair, planning permission was granted for Kosy Living to knock down a row of industrial units to build a block of 77 co-living apartments.
