We are pleased to open registration for our annual ASAP Member Business Meeting which will be followed by an informal evening drinks reception featuring the announcement of the shortlisted finalists of the 2018 ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards.

This is the first event of the brand new membership year in September and offers a wonderful opportunity for networking, Association updates, discussions and presentations on Association and Industry related information and best practice discussions.

Event Information

Date: Thursday September 20th 2018

Time: Afternoon Business Meeting 1400-1730.  Evening Drinks Reception 1730-2000.  Business Partners attendance from 1730-2000 only.

Agenda:  The afternoon offers initial networking with tea and coffee and will then feature ASAP Updates, speakers and group sessions reviewing the ASAP Plan for the future and an opportunity to discuss the industry as a whole and best practice.  The informal evening drinks & canape reception will see the announcement of the 2018 ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards shortlisted finalists.

Venue:  Institute of Directors (IOD), 116 Pall Mall, St Jamess, London SW1Y 4AN

Cost:  Members – Free (4 registrations total per membership) Partners £225+VAT (one representative per company initially) see detailed information below.

Who can attend?

ASAP Members – Event is open to ASAP members on a first come first served basis.  (Tickets are available for Afternoon & Evening, Afternoon Only or Evening only – only 4 registrations per member company in total.   Additional registrants can be added to a waiting list where spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis closer to the event please email Karen at ktaylor@theasap.org.uk to go on the list.

ASAP Business Partners Limited availability of tickets to ASAP Business partners allocated on a first come first served basis with one attendee per company only initially for the evening drinks reception ONLY.  If you’d like to book in additional representatives please contact Karen at ktaylor@theasap.org.uk and we will place your additional representatives on a waiting list. Payment online via credit card £225+VAT.  Confirmation of attendance will only be provided on receipt of payment for the booking – please do not book a member only ticket as ASAP Business Partners are not members of the Association.

Non Members – the ASAP Business Meeting is for ASAP Members only and as such is not open to non member companies.  Limited spaces may become available for the evening drinks reception only and if you’d like to register your interest to attend this event please contact Karen Taylor at ktaylor@theasap.org.uk to register your interest.  If we are able to open the event to non members a link to purchase tickets will be issued. The event is not open to supplier companies who are not ASAP Business Partners, if you’re interested in partnership please make contact.

Cancellation / No-Show Fees for Member Bookings

Please note that in the event of cancellation within 36 hours of the event or a no-show on the day, attendees will be charged a cancellation fee of £75+VAT.  Cancellation fee becomes payable from Wednesday 19th September All attendees agree to this booking term on registering for the event.

Additional Registration Information:

Canapes & Drinks – Canapes and drinks will be served during the evening.  Please note a cash bar will be in operation for after the allocated drinks allowance has been utilised.

Annual Renewals – fees due for the membership year 1st September must have been settled prior to the event in order for attendance to be approved.

Business Partners Cancellation – please note refunds are not available in the event of cancellation.  If you book but cannot attend please advise us so we can release your place to someone on the waiting list.  Please note annual renewals/associate fees must be settled in full by September 13th in order to attend this event, in the event payment is not received ASAP will issue a refund less a £15+VAT service fee.
