New ASAP Member The Other House has confirmed that it will open its second ‘residents club’ in winter 2024 after breaking ground on the site just moments from Covent Garden’s renowned piazza.
The Other House brand debuted in London last year, with a site in South Kensington. The Covent Garden property will include apartment-style ‘Club Flats’ along with a bar and rooftop terrace, all day brasserie, private dining rooms and a wellness space with subterranean pool, treatment areas and a high-tech gym.
It will be followed by a third London location in Belgravia in 2025, with further openings planned internationally.
