ASAP Operator Member The Residence Apartments is launching a new aparthotel brand in central London in the summer of 2025.
Named Jitaku, meaning ‘one’s home’ in Japanese, the aparthotel will feature a mixture of 24 studios, 1 and 2 bed apartments. Initially to be nestled in the heart of London, each Jitaku residence promises a unique retreat, offering guests an unparalleled experience in urban living.
The Residences plans to roll out the brand across London over the next 5 years, with aims for over 150 apartments across 5 properties. The first location will be just a short walk from Liverpool Street station, between that and the famous Gherkin building.
