Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company, is expanding its presence in Greece beyond its current 13 properties,. These include three in Athens, two in Loutraki, and one each in Vravrona, Nea Makri, Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Alexandroupoli, Corfu, Rhodes, and Crete.
Additionally, the company has signed two major agreements in 2024, further expanding its portfolio in the country.
One of these projects will see the launch of Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas, featuring 72 luxury serviced apartments with waterfront views, restaurant, gym, spa, and event spaces.
