Ascott adapts extended stay brands for resorts across Asia
As part of ASAP Operator Member The Ascott Limited (Ascott) ’s multi-typology brand strategy, the group is extending its Citadines , lyf , Oakwood , and other brands into resort destinations – blending the flexibility of serviced living with the allure of leisure travel.
Highlights include:
- Citadines Selavia Phu Quoc , Vietnam – a 369-unit beachfront resort set to open in 2027
- Citadines’ debut in the Philippines with a beachfront resort in Cebu
- lyf Labuan Bajo (120 keys) – Ascott’s first property in Indonesia
- Oakwood Jimbaran Villas and Residences Bali (57 units)
- Oakwood Premier Berawa Beach Bali (366 units)
- Oakwood Sanur Bali (180 units)
In South Korea, Ascott will also bring its Oakwood brand to Lagoon Town with a 500-key property — reinforcing its expansion into lifestyle-led resort and extended stay offerings across Asia.
