Defining the Value of Serviced Apartments
In 2024 we launched a ground breaking, first-of-its-kind report in conjunction with leading market insight firm Bonard, giving the most accurate picture yet of the size, value, and economic impact of the serviced apartment sector in the UK.
This data is helping us – and our Members – shape strategy, strengthen credibility, and demonstrate the sector’s real contribution to the economy. Next, this report will be reproduced to cover other geographical areas.
A Network that Spans the Globe!
ASAP is proud to represent the full spectrum of the sector – from agile start-ups operating a handful of apartments to global brands with tens of thousands of units across continents. Together, our Members support our bold ambition: to build a future where professionally managed serviced apartments are recognised and trusted by buyers and consumers alike as a safe, flexible, and modern alternative to traditional accommodation.
Code of Conduct
We welcome applications from Professional serviced apartment and aparthotel Operators (with 5+ units) and Serviced apartment Agencies. All Members must sign and meet our Code of Conduct, committing to legal, transparent, and professional standards.
While not mandatory, we encourage operators to pursue industry-recognised accreditations such as ISAAP, and to demonstrate sustainability practices that build guest confidence and brand strength.
