Situ releases White Paper: Mind the Gap

ASAP Agent Member Situ has released a new research paper – Mind the Gap: Generational analysis of the accommodation requirements and buying behaviours of today’s business travellers.

Global business travel spending grew 10% in 2024 to 1.47 trillion dollars and is set to increase to 1.57 trillion in 2025, with higher growth expected in 2026[1]. This renewed momentum is happening alongside a major demographic shift.

Exploring these generational differences – or ‘gaps’ – is a vital and ongoing conversation. It is hoped that this study will contribute insights that will help the corporate travel industry respond to the evolving needs of a multigenerational travelling workforce.
