Switch Management purchases the Queens Hotel & Spa in Bournemouth
The Queens Hotel & Spa in Bournemouth has been acquired by Birmingham-based asset management company Switch Management Ltd, which currently manages a number of premium hospitality assets across the Midlands including ASAP Member aparthotel Birmingham.
With 109 ensuite rooms and suites, hotel facilities include an indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness centre, garden and an on-site restaurant & bar along with indoor and outdoor event spaces catering for up to 200 guests.
The hotel entered into administration in March 2024, so this acquisition has secured the long-term future of the property and its 68 employees.
