James has 34 years of experience in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry in the UK and overseas working for British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Visit England. James joined the Association in 2013 and is the driving force not only behind its growth but also the development of the first global Quality Accreditation Programme for the serviced apartment sector.
Joyce has worked for ASAP since 2009, prior to which she enjoyed assignments with National Tourist Board and Visit Britain. Joyce is responsible for the marketing & PR aspects of the association promoting it to be the ‘voice of the serviced apartment sector’.
Karen has responsibility for an extensive range of operations and systems within both ASAP and also ISAAP, the Quality Accreditation programme. This includes managing the ASAP events programme, as well as the ASAP office, website, member systems & procedures. Karen is also Key Account Manager for the ASAP Business Partners.
With an Honours degree in Hotel Management and additional qualifications in Marketing and accounting & finance. She has vast hospitality experience within restaurants and hotels, coupled with an extensive background as a freelance consultant within Finance, Operational, Business Support & Event management.
Kim joined the serviced apartment industry with a wide experience of hospitality & has been a supporter of ASAP from the beginning. Kim has joined ASAP as Membership Development Consultant from her previous role as Director of Agency Sales for one of London’s largest operators and has responsibility for promoting the association benefits to operators, agents, partners and sponsors as well as promoting the importance of the Quality Accreditation programme.
New to the ASAP and the Industry, Sarah started working with us in April 2017 to provide administration support to the ASAP team and to help the association continue to work towards achieving it’s objectives.
Sarah has worked in the Insurance Industry for 20 years and has now joined us following a career break to raise a family.
