James has 26 years of experience in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry in the UK and overseas working for British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Visit England. James joined the Association in 2013 and is the driving force not only behind its growth but also the development of the first global Quality Accreditation Programme for the serviced apartment sector.
Joyce has worked for ASAP since 2009, prior to which she enjoyed assignments with National Tourist Board and Visit Britain. Joyce is responsible for the marketing & PR aspects of the association promoting it to be the ‘voice of the serviced apartment sector’.
Karen has responsibility at ASAP for a wide range of operations for both the association & the QA programme. This includes managing the Business Partner relationships as well as the ASAP office, website, member systems & procedures. With a degree in Hotel Management she has vast hospitality experience but prior to joining ASAP in 2013 has been freelance consulting with various companies in the sectors of Commercial Asset Finance, Finance & Business Management.
Kim joined the serviced apartment industry with a wide experience of hospitality & has been a supporter of ASAP from the beginning. Kim has joined ASAP as Business Development Consultant from her previous role as Director of Agency Sales for one of London’s largest operators and has responsibility for promoting the association benefits to operators, agents, partners and sponsors as well as promoting the importance of the Quality Accreditation programme.
