Our Members put 3 million people to bed every year…

ASAP is more than just their international trade association; it’s a dynamic community that opens doors to a wide range of opportunities, connections, and industry insights. As a member, you’ll be part of a collective force that advocates for common interests, fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional development. And as a guest of an ASAP Operator Member who has signed our Code of Conduct, you know you can truly Stay With Confidence.

We have recently launched a ground breaking, first-of-its-kind report from market insight experts Bonard, to define the size and value of the serviced apartment sector to the UK economy.

And as we welcome serviced apartment Operators, Agents and Suppliers to another year of Membership and collect and analyse the Bonard data, we already have a more accurate view of both our Membership and the guests it serves.

The Association is proud to represent some start-up companies and smaller businesses operating a handful of apartments in one location, through to those operating the other side of the globe with tens of thousands. And all of them actively help our ambitious plans; to grow the sector into one where accommodation buyers and consumers understand the benefits of professionally managed serviced apartments, and see them as a safe, modern and credible alternative to more conventional types of accommodation.

We welcome applications from all professional serviced apartment and aparthotel Operators with five or more apartments, and serviced apartment Agents, who sign our Code of Conduct and meet its requirements of operating legally, transparently and to a high professional standard.

While it’s not required, we also encourage operators to get acknowledged accreditations, like the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP), to give the buyer and guest an extra degree of confidence. Additionally, we suggest Members to reassure guests about their efforts to run a sustainable business.

We’d like to invite you to have a first informal conversation with Kim Ashmore, our Director of Memberships, who will be happy to go through the benefits, fees and details with you.
