The ASAP Working Groups and Teams
ASAP Policy Team
Working with policymakers globally, so that the sector is well represented, understood and given the best chance of success when decisions are being made at country and regional level.

At the request of many of our European Members, ASAP brought together a group of representatives from across the continent to share knowledge, best practice and insights, and drive awareness for the serviced apartment product in Europe with travel buyers, investors and authorities. The group met for the first time in Berlin, where the main takeaways were the need to gather and share information on the European market, demographics and important news/developments in the different destination countries. There’s also a requirement to define the different asset classes for understanding in terms of planning regulations and for managing audience expectations.
The group will strive to ensure the financial and professional benefits of ASAP Membership are communicated and understood across the sector, and bring people together to meetings and gatherings to grow European membership. The focus group, led by Jouke Baaima, Corporate Housing Factory, has representatives from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the UK, Switzerland and Spain: Anett Gregorius, Apartmentservice; Bella Nokes, At Home Switzerland; Emma Towler-Dean, The Gate London City; James Brown, TrustedStays Ltd; Jens Dünnebacke, eden; Manuel Vidal-Quadras, Catarina House; Nayton Craig, Corporate Housing Factory; Robert Lorenz-Pedersen, Apartmentservice; and Wesley Moria, edyn.
