ASAP Working Groups

All ASAP Operator, Agent and Supplier Members are invited to apply to join any of the Working Groups, for the good of the whole ASAP Community.

ASAP Policy Team

Representing the Sector. Influencing Policy.
Working with policymakers globally to ensure the professional serviced apartment sector is recognised, understood, and supported at national and regional levels.
Recent activity includes responses to UK government consultations on registration schemes and planning classifications, helping steer the conversation around the sector’s role in local economies, and working on C1/C3 Use Classes and Council Tax classification.

A united voice for Europe.
In response to demand from our European Members, this group brings together operators from across the continent to share insight, drive awareness, and define the sector’s value for travel buyers, investors, and regulators.

The group is also preparing a European Review of the sector – modelled on our UK report.

This group of volunteers works alongside the Core Team to deliver our flagship events, including the Annual Conference and ASAP Awards. From planning to execution, they bring every detail to life.

Designed to help new Operator and Agent Members feel part of the community from day one.
Led by Laura Moore (Aparthotel Birmingham) and Becky Wright (The Corporate Housing Partnership), the group fosters connection, collaboration, and shared learning.

Tasked with defining the serviced apartment sector through accurate data and measurable impact. This group supports ASAP’s landmark research projects, such as our first-of-its-kind UK Market Review.

The ASAP Agent Working Group

Creating a united Agent voice.
A confidential forum for Agent Members to tackle shared challenges and influence the industry. Topics include legislation, ESG, inflation, energy, and more — with a focus on supporting both operators and buyers, and on transparency and partnership.

Current participants include: Nomad Temporary Housing, Agoda, Altovita, Check-In London, Expedia Group, TrustedStays, Dwellworks, Student Luxe, Owl, Synergy Corporate Housing, Booking.com.
