ASAP has been representing the growing serviced apartment sector for almost two decades, with a focus on ensuring its Members’ professional standards are understood and valued by those buying accommodation.

This includes policymakers seeing the value to the economy of this growing and flexible sector.

ASAP developed the first accreditation in the sector, the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP), whose aim was always to offer reassurance to clients and guests that they can book and stay with the confidence that all the necessary elements of safety, hygiene, security and quality have been verified.

ISAAP has now become an independent body, offering different products to operators of serviced accommodation and agents, covering elements such as compliance with standards, comfort and quality, security and sustainability.

ASAP strongly recommends to all its Operator and Agent Members that they work towards and achieve ISAAP or another recognised accreditation standard, to reinforce to the buyer and guest that they can truly stay with confidence.
