Vikey is the all-in-one integrated solution for online check-in (documents, payments, city tax including upselling and cross-selling), self check-in via smart lock and hotel automation (noise control and energy consumption) for hospitality sector.

Founded in 2016, Vikey automates every step of the check-in process, from the request of guest’s IDs to the control of the smart guest access, allowing hosts to save time and money, managing remotely their accommodations. Hosts can unlock the doors of their accommodation just by a tap on their phone or let the clients have their own temporary access.

How self-check-in works

• Vikey sends to the guest the link to complete online check-in directly from his/her smartphone.
• Vikey collects guest documents, automatically calculates city tax and collects payments.
• Vikey enables the guest to independently open the door and gate of the facility.

The main door of the building and any gates are opened by the central Vikey4 device, which is connected to the intercom inside the accommodation facility or to electrified doors. No condominium permits are therefore required.

The smart lock replaces the European cylinder lock. Otherwise, we can install an electric strike to electrify the door.

Hospitality automation

The Vikey4 central hub controls not only the electronic locks, but also the home automation sensors. The noise sensor is free of charge, and it is included in the Vikey4 device. Vikey detects guests’ motion and acts according to the rules that you have set up.

Online check-in and Digital concierge

• Integration with PMS, CM, Booking and Airbnb.
• In online payments, city tax is included too.
• Information on the accommodation.
• Welcome video call and direct communication with your guest.
• During their stay, your guests can buy additional services (transfer, breakfast, etc.) or experiences (guided tours, etc.) directly via web-app
