About ASAP

The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) is the not for profit trade body for the serviced apartment and aparthotel sector, offering Membership to owners and operators of serviced apartments around the globe.

Our operator members collectively operate over 100,000 apartments in more than 25 countries, with a combined figure of 3 million bed nights per year. All Members sign up to our Code of Conduct and share our aims of raising and promoting standards within this growing part of the hospitality industry..

Our aim is to influence and generate collaboration among ASAP Members, sharing best practice, and promoting debate at a high level through events, discussion groups and collaboration.

This is an agile, forward-looking, relatively young segment of the hospitality industry. It is also relatively unknown compared with established sectors such as regular hotels, unregulated and generally not well understood. As such, it is our role to promote the good practice among our own Members, who operate professionally managed accommodation to high ethical standards, and with the guest always at the forefront.

ASAP aims to minimise any possible risks for our Members’ clients by driving the sector towards becoming a safe, inclusive industry delivering top customer service and living up to our promises.

As part of this, we have recognised there are three pillars we can promote and live by, complementing the business traveller’s aspirations to travel safely again.

These pillars are People, Planet and Principles. More about the Pillars >>

As a body, we’ve brought together a community of like-minded hospitality professionals who are at any one time supportive, diverse, inclusive, and operate with integrity. You can join the ASAP Community by becoming a Member, an Industry Aligned Supplier or a Buyer of Serviced Accommodation, as well as joining our events and sponsorship opportunities.
