A new development for ‘co-living’ in Exeter city centre is to go-ahead when planners decided they couldn’t wait any longer after the UK Environment Agency objected on flood risk grounds.

Exeland House is currently used as offices and shops, with a plan to convert into 16 residential rooms across three floors. A three and four-storey extension at the front would provide 18 more rooms.
