We sometimes say we put 3 million people to bed every year!

We don’t, of course – but our Operator and Agent Members do.

We have in 2023 commissioned a (soon to be launched) ground breaking, first-of-its-kind report from market insight experts Bonard, to define the size and value of the serviced apartment sector to the UK economy.

And as we welcome Agents and Operators to another year of Membership and collect and analyse the Bonard data, we will get a more accurate view of both our Membership and the guests it serves.

The Association is proud to represent some start-up companies and smaller businesses operating a handful of apartments in one location, through to those operating the other side of the globe with tens of thousands. And all of them actively help our ambitious plans; to grow the sector into one where accommodation buyers and consumers understand the benefits of professionally managed serviced apartments, and see them as a safe, modern and credible alternative to more conventional types of accommodation.
