ASAP Collaborating Partner the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) has announced the appointment of Nick Estrada, CAE, CMP as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with immediate effect.

With more than six years of senior leadership experience with CHPA, Nick brings a wealth of expertise, leadership, and a proven track record of success to the association.

He is replacing ASAP’s longstanding friend Mary Ann Passi, CAE who served as CHPA CEO for 22 years. Mary Ann helped guide the Association through growth, industry disruption, a global pandemic, and digital transformation.

Nick worked closely with Mary Ann over the last six years and is ready to take on this new opportunity. “I am thrilled to take the helm for CHPA and to continue working alongside our dedicated members, volunteers, and staff team,” he says. “We have incredible momentum and a clear path for our continued growth, and I look forward to guiding the Association in the years to come.”
