Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has partnered with extended-stay brand WaterWalk to add its 11 properties to its portfolio, making becoming Wyndham’s 25th brand, its third extended-stay, and its first upscale extended-stay. This is in response to guest demand for the extended-stay segment reaching record highs in the last twelve months.
WaterWalk retains ownership of the brand itself, and will participate in Wyndham’s loyalty program. Its USP is each property’s split between traditionally furnished extended-stay guest rooms and unfurnished rooms, to allow long-term guests to decorate to their taste.
